Charlie Mouland
Charlie. Is a retired Canadian who was Born in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Having left home in his teens he spent from April 1967 until Oct 1993 working for Ontario Hydro. At an early age Charlie got involved with helping other people and has always stood firm against injustices against people. After retiring in 1993 he started his own power line company and spent the next two years working in northern Ontario on Reserves. In 1995 left Canada with the idea to back pack around the world upon arriving in Guatemala got involved with street children and decided to help them .From Guatemala he went to Roatan Honduras where he bought two properties and built a house and 6 apartments. In December 2004 he was struck with a aneurysm after which he left Honduras . In December of 2006 he came to Mazatlan where he got involved with an investor. This is when he became aware of Real Estate frauds and decided to take a stand to help unsuspecting foreigners from being milked out of their hard earned money by crooked real estate agents and time share people. Thus began his career in Real State Sales in Mexico.
Charlie brings years of experience in as A Real Estate Agent .He has owned apartments, built homes and condos , maintained ,managed and remodeled properties for over 40 years. He has been in business in three different countries . Charlie is a person who believes the most important value a real estate agent can have is to protect his clients help them make an informed decision. He likes to help people realize their dream of finding "THEIR PLACE IN THE SUN" AND LIVE LA DOLCE VITA.
