Charlie Mouland moved to Mazatlan in 2006 after a successful career in Canada that including owning and managing apartment complexes for over 30 years. He was involved in construction in both Canada and Central America including building 6 condominiums and 2 houses on the Island of Roatan in Honduras.
Charlies extensive knowledge of real estate includes construction, property maintenance, managing and even flipping homes. His wide range of experience includes managing construction specification for snow loads in Canada to earthquake and hurricane conditions in Honduras.
Charlie entered the real estate market in Mazatlan to provide current and prospective residents with honest representation. He has spent the past 4 years ensuring clients know exactly what they are buying and hold clear titles to their properties. On February 25th, 2011 Charlie was asked to address real estate fraud in Mazatlan with the Governor of Sinaloa and has been working with officials since then in an effort to help folks that may have been involved in fraudulent real estate transactions including timeshare and full ownership properties.
